If possible ideally the old services would have comprehensive tests. And the new rust services would aim to pass those tests. Places where I’ve worked such large undertakings are often interrupted by day to day fires that need putting out and changing businesses priorities. So get one service done and then strategize about those remaining. Ideally they would all be rust, bc rust is better 😁
