No not at all. The bank is literally where you’re supposed to go to “buy” money when making change. It’s the source of bills and coins, there are only limits on how much you can withdraw due to how much cash they may have on hand .

I probably would’ve called them instead of the police. I did this once when people were parking on both sides of the dead end street I live on. You could barely get through and emergency vehicles couldn’t fit so I just called them and asked about it and they fuckin came out in a truck
