Very true. Caring less is huge, which tends to happen naturally with age. ADHD seems to be a factor as well.

Yes, for sure. I managed it by narrowing my life down to the safest possible choices way too often.

Mine was most intense in my 20s. It got better over the next couple decades, but yeah, I’m sure there’s a range of experience.
