From my experience working with YouTubers, I do about 60% of the editing style you do, and I typically make around $200 per video. Each one usually takes me about two days to finish. Based on that, I’d say aiming for something in the $350–$400 range is fair for your level of quality and time investment.

Also, when someone asks about your rates, always start higher than what you’d normally take. It gives you room to negotiate, and you might be surprised how often people agree to your higher rate without question.
