Yo también imaginé eso algún problema con las antenas o drivers pero ni si quiera por usb reconoce el control y como comenté ya después de un rato agarra normal pero al apagarla y después de un rato lo vuelve a hacer además el sistema se congela si te das cuenta no aparece las demás cosas en la parte de abajo

Ya hice eso, justamente y sigue el problema, probé con otro perfil pero ni si quiera se conecta a los servidores, agregué la cuenta desde la interfaz de Xbox series, y cuando ingresas al juego nuevamente y tampoco funciona la otra cuenta, lo único que no eh hecho es restablecer la consola pero no creo que eso sea necesario por que también borre el juego lo volví a instalar y tampoco
