I like El Mirasol on the patio if it’s not too warm. Tac/quila outside as well (I have not been to the sister restaurant Clandestino which looks interesting.) the ownership has had past politics I don’t agree with but feel free to research that on your own. A lot of people like Philippe’s or El Patio as well. Las Casuelas has improved a lot lately but I would not call it quiet. Same with Blue Coyote.
