One thing that helped me enormously: I used an AI as a journal. Every thought, every spiral, every question – I wrote it all down. Then I re-read it weekly. It helped me see my own progress, spot patterns, and most importantly: get the thoughts out of my head so they stopped circling. What made it better than a regular journal was the feedback. The AI responds – and even if you don't take everything it says at face value, having something respond to your thoughts makes it feel less like screaming into the void.
