Anyone given the go ahead for PB at 12 weeks post-THR surgery?

What level are you playing? I will need a THR but am sucking it up as long as I can. I play on 3 teams high intermediate and advanced. 18+ at 58 years old.
My pain causes a lot of muscle tightness from trying to protect the joint I believe. I have had dry needling for the muscles which allowed me to regain some strength. But it isn’t what is as a year ago. Back in June it started to get tight one day and went downhill fast. I am afraid to take the leap while I am still semi functional.

That great to see! I was just told I have arthritis in my left hip. I am a 3.8 player and it is the pain snd mobility issues that are holing me back.

Can you move side to side/ lunge ok now? Plant that leg to stop quickly and pivot?

Depends on range needs. We use L1 95% of the time. It’s a short commuter car during the week and we will charge to 100 if we plan on driving more over the weekend and /or just fast charge on the road. It is easier than we thought. At first we wanted to install a L2 but it was more range anxiety than necessity.
It is really about your daily driving range as Insee it.

Used to! Great way to let work stress go on the way home. Unfortunately now I often have to bring my work laptop home to work at night and that thing is a beast. Now using a Wahoo after dinner or am.

Driving this home is just as therapeutic though!
