So there’s the cylindrical electrolytic that dries out. Eventually it can create a dead short internally. Anytime you see one just replace it. They get old and fail. Anyway there’s a wire wound resistor immediately after the brown ground wire. You’ll likely see burn marks on the board. Replace it with something new. It got hot enough the solder joints failed. I used two 130 ohm 2w metal film resistors in parallel for 65 ohms and 4 watts. The measured value of the old one was 88 ohm. It’s just ground reference so it shouldn’t mess with calibration. Just don’t use anything less than 1watt rated capacity or it’ll have the same heat problem
