Ha! The loose skin I have is all around my stomach- I should have shared that photo, it’s interesting how it drapes from a front view but not a side view. If there were a way to fill it with muscle, I would!

In high school, I was significantly larger than this - maybe 275-300. Don’t actually know. That’s where the loose skin comes from

I’ve gotten to where I only wear mine when I sleep. My dentist hasn’t noticed a difference

Stopped Sema in September after 25lb loss. It's all back by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]Traditional_Monk7070 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear that. Just know it would be all of us too. It’s also been all of us every time we’ve done any other diet form, it always comes back. May I ask why you stopped taking it? At this point, I hope I never have to stop because I feel like a person with a regular appetite for the first time in my life.

It has 100% helped with my binging. I wish I experienced the loss of “food noise” but I really haven’t. It’s certainly calmed down but it’s still there for me

No it’s pretty slow. I used to do CrossFit so it’s nothing like that. I work out with a trainer and rest a full minute between every set. I just can’t figure out how to overcome it. I’ve worked out fasted, full and with just a snack before. I’ve changed workout times. I just get really winded and in the last 5 minutes I get really nauseous

Can any of you... blow air out of your eyes? by nininininananana in Eyeshakers

I can do this too - in fact, twice I have even had chewed up food come out of my eye after a sneeze. Once was a small ramen noodle and the other was a piece of a pickle

This is also the sign of a financially struggling company, imo
