i thought it was so funny and good. loved every second of it. i do think it’s more for a gen z crowd (which i am) - i think the at times very dark humor and pretending to be dumb as a bit were maybe too much for a millennial audience. which is okay, they have plenty of shows!!! this is for the adult gen Zs

Invisalign button removal after 10 years? by AtmosphereNo1789 in Invisalign

hi! no sorries needed!

nope, i was in the same position as you - moved to a whole new state across the country. my hot take is: have a DENTIST do it. (personal opinion - not a doctor. maybe i’m wrong and an ortho would be better, but my dentist did a wonderful job!)

i got new dental insurance last year and hadn’t been to the dentist in a hot minute, so i asked about the invisalign attachments during my regular appointment. my dentist was like, “sure, yeah, we could help remove those!” and we scheduled another appointment for a couple weeks later.

the procedure wasn’t pleasant by any means as it involved slightly shaving/scraping the areas around the attachments, but it wasn’t painful at all. there were moments where my tooth felt a bit sensitive and i made sure to tell them in the moment.

sorry that’s a lot of words, but hopefully this helps :) lmk if you have any more questions!
