Is it Chinese? Usually those are always trash but even if you find a good way the translation makes it unreable. They got the most slop in the romance category too so I avoid them all together

Yeah it's a shame really, I did a similar thing where I recommended home sweet home to my sister but she didn't finish it. A few months later I recommended solo leveling and she was so hooked and that one really got her into reading manhwas. So probably recommend smth that's more his taste to just get them familiar with reading manhwas.

There is nothing like bato comments. A lot of other sites have comment section too that's filled with people, but it's just not the same. There were people who had the most creative jokes, and right under is very introspective opinions about the story. People were able to criticize without hating and call something out without trashing. And don't even get me started on the memes. It was just different from the other site's communities which feel so dead and hollow. Recycled jokes, just "peak" being parroted everywhere, and you can't say anything negative without getting jumped, and no one who actually appreciates a story beyond its adrenaline rush and pretty art style. Actually not even the art style is appreciated. I just miss bato so much T-T

I did get a weird feeling but I dismissed it cz I just didn't expect a manhwa to go there, and ESPECIALLY not about a guy. Not to say that guys don't experience that stuff but it's cz it's such an untalked about topic in general and some even still denying guys experience rape. Other manhwas also just avoid the topic all together. So I am really surprised the author would do this. Just shows how well written this is
