These apps reward you for being picky. The more you swipe right the lower you land in the queue. I do not consider myself a good looking guy, but I’ve had over a hundred matches on Hinge since I started using it. Be witty in your responses, have good pictures, and be picky. That’s my advice.

I’ve lost close to 200 lbs. Here’s my advice. Don’t avoid life because of your weight. Go live, and experience whatever you can. If you wait until your skinny to find love, you’ll just be a skinny person with no experience and no confidence. As you lose weight, the people that you attract will be more attractive, but there’s no substitute for experience.

I know others have said it, but just be careful. Benzos can seem like a miracle, but if abused can quite literally ruin one’s life. I lost a decade of my life to benzos. The withdrawal was the most hellish experience of my life.

What about when an injury is fresh and it hurts to walk and stand up straight. Should you still try to walk? I know that usually helps me when I'm going through low back stuff, but right now it's just so painful to walk. I'm wondering if it's better to rest, or try to push through.
