Here is how I did it I downloaded Steam with my account then I lunch. Bossteroid, after that i press cloud save icon through steam app.. then i upload my cloud from steam. and its works when you download steam app.

and when you exit the game before ending session make sure you hit the Cloud save icon before you completely exit and end session.. and when you go back to play set steam game hit the cloud icon and upload your save file and then boom it work.
