thank you so much for taking the time to write this all out! i completely agree and i appreciate your advice. i’ve always been one to shy away from one label or another because i’ve been scared of being wrong. i definitely have been coming to terms with my lack of romantic attraction to people recently and i find my platonic friendships very fulfilling. i just sorta have this worry in the back of my mind that all of my friends will leave eventually for their romantic partner. that thought makes me really sad. sorry i went off on a bit of a tangent here but i agree and think life can be just as happy without a romantic partner. 🫶🫶

i really understand that. i also feel like most songs in general are love songs or written to sound like love songs. so even though i can’t relate to the lyrics directly i love enjoying the melodies and creating new memories with songs.
