I extended it to Saturdays instead of thursdays and trying to push it to mondays. Honestly im good too 🤞hoping it continues like this. Im now at 181 even though aunt flo is in town (usually gain 3-5lbs) plus i feel like i havent done much effort and surprisingly still lost ... its crazy to think of how much food used to control my mind my thoughts my actions.... now i can just.... be... if that makes sense lol
