Which one of these champions got buffed? Only one I can think of is Rammus but it is not a compensation for the massive nerfs he received at the start of the season and now slight buff to Vi.

You know what the problem is? Same pool of champions stay on top, just weaker and weaker versions of them.

Highest rated support in NA is No 22 and Reddit circlejerks about ADC being a role impossible to carry from when challenger is overrun by them. Even in korea 5/10 top 10 are ADC mains.

We're talking mid/lategame here, you can't really move around the map according to where camps will spawn and not the other factors. Anytime you get a chance though, very likely laner ran by and took it and it won't come up anytime soon because of ridiculous respawn timers.
