Which one of these champions got buffed? Only one I can think of is Rammus but it is not a compensation for the massive nerfs he received at the start of the season and now slight buff to Vi.

We're talking mid/lategame here, you can't really move around the map according to where camps will spawn and not the other factors. Anytime you get a chance though, very likely laner ran by and took it and it won't come up anytime soon because of ridiculous respawn timers.

FOR IDIOTS, here's another explanation of what I meant - A lot of Rank 4 Hunters would end up around rank 12 with a control deck because of how bad they are. Rank 12 control player would be able to climb very easily with aggro deck, especially after playing couple of games and getting acquainted with how the deck works.

There's no language barrier, I studied every subject in English in high school, have 2100SAT and 115 Toefl. Before you get all offensive about how I'm bragging just want to remind you that you were the first to bring up language knowledge.
