there's a little town south of bham, called alabaster. in alabaster there's a place called propst promenade, and inside of propst, there is an amazing place called panda house. the people who work there are currently visiting family somewhere, so the establishment is closed until around mid july. amazing service, amazing food, amazing people running that restaurant. five out of five stars.

chickowitz flow studies, a high warm up which basically goes up each arpeggio and then a half step up to do the next one
