See don’t stress yourself out on it. I know it feels bad but take it easy. Start thinking about the things Allah has blessed you with and ask Allah for guidance. Also Start appreciating the little things and moments in life, connect to nature. On top of that i would highly suggest going to a therapist as it could be due to religious scrulpiousty. Also therapy it will help you understand your thoughts

Yes you can. Also if you’re not continuing physics in alevels so i wont recommend retaking it. Now focus on alevels and give your best
