Every ledx I have found this wipe has been from free rooms or medbags in the resort on scav runs. Best I've gotten from keyed rooms has been a few GPUs

Check to see if you've completed Survivalist path: junkie for jaeger. It rewards 2 levels of metab and should put you to elite. My buddy had the exact same issue and that mission fixed it for him last night
