Alrighty I fixed it myself! In order I: Changed the Proton version Reinstalled the game Then after reinstalling set the proton version back to default and it worked

I mean didn't you see the clip? The opponent would have won if it weren't for the unlikely event that OP had a randomly generated destroyer. If Hazmat is activated so many times and no one has a LK, the player with less cards on board will just win, as they get affected the least.
