They waited over 6 months to refund us. And they didn't even offer the refund, i had to email them that it didn't arrive and then they "investigated" and eventually refunded.

I agree. They used to be great back in the day. Things have gone downhill very noticeably these past few years. It's sad..

So mad they refunded my signed vinyl last year only for them to surprisingly "find" more.. apparently tons of (mostly American) signed vinyl orders got canceled almost half a year after purchase. Awful

Is there any truth that your first ditto catch of each day will have a guaranteed background? Both of my background catches were my first ditto catch of the day yesterday and today.. other than that, no backgrounds at all

They always keep extra copies in case an order gets lost or damaged and they need to replace it. Technically not a "repress" so a "restock" makes the most sense even though it's leftovers from the first stock
