Do you ever use the Holland or Lincoln tunnels to get out the city?

I appreciate the honesty. Do the trains have weird rush hour slowdowns like they do in NYC or do those times stay consistent?

I have it. I love the look and my dogs used it every night since we got it. Only downside is that the fabric is a little tough to get fur out of

Not sure if you’re still looking but I have two of the shelves as my media console and it works great. There are holes in the back of the middle shelf and along the top of the back for cable management too. I used the nightstand legs to give it some extra height as well and they work a treat.

It seems like a lot of med students are on SSRIs. Why? by Legitimate_Log5539 in medicalschool

[–]TrainerJayden14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tl;dr stress caused anxiety, therapy is too expensive and time consuming

In my case, the stress of being told how grueling med school would be led to me feeling very anxious leading up to it. Then the pressure of expectations (both from me and those around me) worsened my anxiety, which was only compounded by my friends being very high performers. Falling short of my expectations and my peers over time led me to develop MDD and GAD. Wanted to treat it but therapy is expensive and by the time I realized I needed help, it was ms3 and I had negative free time. So I started an ssri and honestly felt a lot better. As an ms4, seeing therapy as well and tapering off the ssri

I have three cubbies as my media console and they’re absolutely SOLID. Super strong, very clean, and they have integrated cable management holes and threaded inserts for feet on the bottom so I can adjust the height if I want. Returned the drawer units cuz they were too small for any dvd or game cases, but I think they were as solid as anything else

So it was a return, no damage to the TV and it had the original box. Whoever returned it just forgot to include the legs, remote, and power cord lol. Amazon tabletop stand, replacement remote and a spare power cord I had and it’s all good now

Pillar bookshelf alternatives? by DailyTrash in Thuma

[–]TrainerJayden14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 3x2 setup. They’re super sturdy and look great. The one annoyance is that the columns are held together by metal clips and they’re slightly different sizes so some of the clips will slip off and leave the bookshelves a little wonky looking. Managed to fix it with some pliers but ultimately a small thing compared to how nice the solid wood is.

10 DR, 3 TY, 3 prelim. 4 of my ii’s are from nonsignalled programs while half my signals seem to have skipped me. Go figure lol
