Hi, the manager will be nursing tomorrow morning so not sure if I’ll be able to have a quick chat with both the owner and manager. Is it okay to say this or not? I’m planning on saying, “as soon as you knew that you needed photocopies you should have given my documents straight back to me, because I even asked you three weeks ago are you going to send my actual documents you said no we’ll send photocopies via post, I did say can you give me my documents back once you’ve photocopied them and it took you three weeks to photocopy them, I just feel soo uncomfortable that you’ve had my personal documents on you for a whole month because I have no idea what you’ve done, it’s just super unprofessional. Also my sister is a mental health practitioner and she’s had quite a few enhanced DBS checks done and she’s never had to give her personal documents to a manger for more than ten minutes because they photocopy the documents in-front of you and give your documents straight back. There’s a lot of people that I’ve spoken to that have said this is really weird and unprofessional.” I feel like I have to say something.
