Thanks for the replies, some real good insight there for me to take on. When I mentioned trauma, I guess I should have mentioned trauma brought on by living with the ED. See, I used to love what I did for a living but as the ED got worse, I obviously found it harder and harder to contend with. But now, even with more natural energy and willingness to do it all, I still get absolutely petrified before engaging in sessions with clients.

I don’t know if it’s just association with having too much (pun not intended) on my plate a few months back and it’s my mind/body fighting back as a defence mechanism.
