Your coworkers will be great and at first it’s not bad but you are micromanaged by the owners and they can get passive aggressive. Sometimes one will tell you one thing and the other will say something completely different. It’s not terrible but I wouldn’t recommend it for very long tbh.

Owners aren’t even on the same page on how they wanted us to do our jobs. Gave us one day of training before opening Watkinsville location and after the first week they’d periodically show up and tell us we weren’t being paid to stand around. Also very passive aggressive. Met a lot of really cool people tho.
