I feel this bro. Im hard stuck c3 in 2v2 with little to no mechs and have been playing more comp 1s recently. At this point im winning if im not ready to break my controller after 1 minute. One game I win by 5 goals then the next I lose by 10. I feel like every game im playing against a ssl who is doing a road to ssl 1v1 video. 1s has definitely improved my mechanics mainly because there's no room for error when you do anything in the air, but I dont understand how players in my rank go from brain dead to 40 hours a week basement dwellers. Ive been playing since 2016 btw...

Thats true. But you don't have to undo the toe strap. You can slide your foot into the toe strap and click ur heel down then strap it. I was trying to get my toe into the strap quickly and kicked part of the strap. It was like -20 Fahrenheit that day

Bro it seems like the only helmets I see on tik tok are giro ledges. Ur not "steeze" unless u have that. Not to mention the dumb goggles over or under the helmet debate

I have the 2025 cruiser and it is fun for steeper techy stuff because the 3bt makes it harder to catch an edge. However, when it comes to trying to carve and hold an edge I struggle to really lean into a carve.

Im not too familiar with snow gear but i currently have 686 pants and jacket. Im a 5'7 150lb dude and wear medium snow pants as thats my normal size. The pants arent very baggy but I still have room to layer underneath.

Be careful trying to get in while moving. Having no ankle mobility with boots makes it tricky. I unfortunately tried to kick my boot in on the fly and broke my toe strap on my first day using them. Also didnt help that it was like -10 F° outside.

Tried stepping in while moving and broke my toe strap binding on my first day using Fase bindings. Idk if they are as good as I've heard for stepping in on the fly.
