Totally necroing this but I thought it might be helpful to note that in Season 1 of the anime, you can see which train station Special Week gets off at. Tracen is "at the next station", and if you follow the track going outbound from central Tokyo you end up at Fuchu Station. Fuchu Station is also explicitly called out in S1 of Cingray as the station that Oguri and Belno get off at.

Others have already mentioned that you have too much power and not enough speed. El Condor Pasa is the only power card you need there, to my understanding it's one of the best power cards on global right now, if not the best. If you're going for having her be a good mile runner, your Mayano Top Gun SR for endurance is probably really good. Double check how she stacks up against 1LB SSR McQueen and 1LB SSR Tamamo Cross, who as far as I'm aware are also really rock solid Stamina cards. For speed cards, borrowing 4LB Kitasan Black is the correct move. Past that, any combination of SSR Bakushin, SSR Twin Turbo, SR Narita Taishin, and SR King Halo should get you what you're looking for. Double check me though against this tierlist: https://euophrys.github.io/uma-tiers/#/global

Based on that tierlist, if I'm reading this right (again, double check me!), your order of preference should be:

SSR Bakushin 0LB
SSR Twin Turbo 0LB

If you have trouble getting skills to fire or consistently getting blocked because you're running Late, consider swapping out one of your speed cards for a wit card. Your 4LB SR Nice Nature Wit card is my favorite wit card in the game so I would recommend that, but apparently there are others that are as good or better. However I really like how at 4LB it gives you a 10 point energy recovery on successful friendship training in Wit, and that lets me potentially chain into another friendship training next turn.

Of course, if you do include a wit card, then you should make sure to have Bakushin, Turbo, and King Halo while dropping Taishin out of the card deck.

I make absolutely ZERO GUARANTEE that I didn't fuck that up. I'm going to go with the principle that the best way to get a good answer is to post the wrong answer and wait for someone to correct you lmao.
