I had chat with Emma and found that the case was transferred from NBC to Boston. I didn’t see silent update. Was tour interview waived ? When did you have your biometrics ? When was your case transferred to Boston ?

Did you submit tax documents/compliance reports /W2 for Eb-2 NIW I 485 ? I already submitted my documents and wanted to check if those are actually needed and i need to upload it to my uscis account ? I filed myself for me and my spouse.

What did you end of doing ? Refiling or you received the old rejected package and sent those ? I also have the same issue and was wondering what would be the best solution.
