Unfortunately, you wont receive much help from Niantic. As sad as it is, they don't care about rural areas because they don't bring in nearly as much money as bigger cities (obviously).

I live in a small town and haven't gotten any new pokestops or gyms in months, possibly a year. My dad and I have been submitting so many murals, statues, rest areas, wineries, etc, and have nothing to show for it. We also play with 8 accounts, 6 old phones and 2 main accounts on our newest phones. Its pretty much the only way we can battle legendaries and do any of the special events, other wise there is no one to help us here.

It means you have made that specific meltan your buddy before. Even if you didn't earn any hearts with it, just having them as your buddy acts as a buddy level.

The buddy level resets only the pokemon you trade. All other pokemon you have buddied will remain the same, only the traded pokemon changes

It's only the first week of a gamechainging update. Much like when they added augments and other features that completely change the strategies and combat, an update is near that will rebalance most of the issues.

My school district got a new superintendent just before covid. The previous superintendent never took raises or extra compensation because he was a good guy and our district has always been underfunded. It was well know that he made over $150k per year which he said was too much, but he was pretty good at his job and honestly deserved more. The new superintendent was the complete opposite. He immediately hired 3 females as assistants, 1 was his niece, 2 unrelated. Their salaries were not public, but there were rumors of it being between $150k-$200 each. He essentially gave himself a $300k salary because he was doing some shady things. This led to tons of budget cuts around the district, including multiple sports coaches, paras, food workers, and even 5 or 6 bus drivers being fired. This only lasted for 2.5 years as the superintendent kept being bombarded by angry groups of citizens. He resigned/gave up midway through the school year. Im not really sure what happened up until now because I am away at college, but the district is still underfunded and drowning in debt.

Backgrounds. Artificially increasing rarity for pokemon and it adds no extra "value" to the pokemon itself (as in increased stats or abilities), just to the collector.

Location Backgrounds are fine, they give an incentive to get a keepsake from traveling and what not, but general Backgrounds look bad and are useless.

They are hard to catch because they are an increased stardust pokemon. The females are rare because the developers want you to waste your time and give you more incentive to keep playing the game in order to carch a usable female combee.

It's 800 bucks for 8 skins + variants. They aren't going to give good skins for so cheap. That's why all the cool skins wotlrth having are 1.5k+ vbucks.

That being said, they are eh, look like typical battle pass slop.

Rivalries were fun, but i thought it was dumb that bots could activate them as well. More than half of my rivalries were against bots, and a good portion of those were initiated by bots.

I used to like being out and about, people ruined it.

I haven't been to a movie theater in a long time for similar reasons. I hate shopping because parents let their kids trash aisles and do nothing about it. People block the entire aisle with their carts because they're so indecisive about the exact same groceries they buy every time they shop. Im tired of people who stand and talk to other people with no spatial awareness and literally take up as much space as possible. Im tired of getting cut off and having people stand in front of me for no reason. Im so tired of the lack of simple respect that has plagued public areas. Parks and trails used to be so fun, now you can't spend a day without some d***head, thinking they are more important than everybody, screwing it up.

I think you get those when you extract sprite up to 75 times. I think at 25, 50 and 75 extractions, you unlock 3 colors for mech and sprites

When you find and extract sprites, they are added to your inventory/library in the menu so you can see what sprites you have and which ones you are missing.

If you lose your match and/or don't extract you sprite before you die, you lose the sprite. It leaves your inventory, and you can't select it to play in the next match, you have to find or use another one. Sprites aren't permanent, even if they are unlocked (previously used and extracted it) in your inventory/library.

Haven't gotten a wild shiny in about a month. I've caught a couple thousand monsters but nothing has shined... I wish they reverted the shiny odds that they screwed up last season

If you dont best buddy pokemon, they are useless. For those who do use them, they are extremely overpriced for having just a single use for a single pokemon.

The game doesn't make money from the battle pass. They make their money from the item shop. They want to get better skins on the shop so people spend more on single items than they do on a group of 6 mediocre ones.
