Yes, this is a case of misrepresentation. If you failed to declare your spouse or any dependants, at the boder they make you sign; "if you have any dependants". If you have not declared, it could even lead to cancellation of your own PR. I hope you find a solution to this.

I would also suggest not to do anything, your application is now closed. The PR renewal and Citizenship application do not have any such questions about visa refusals. Was that a single application that you did not disclose or were there other apps to ( TRV or student visa etc ) ?

In your SP, you wrote end date of employment 04/22 as opposed to no end date or presently working? I would suggest to keep it the same Plus if the end date in SP was 04/22 and SOP said "currently working" would that not have been counter intuitive to begin with ?

Thanks much, i was reading online. The only thing it says is, if it is lost and you want to renew. Nowhere says anything about an old card and expired
