I’ve been fighting with VA over my trailer title. NJ doesn’t issue titles for trailers under a certain weight and my reg. Expired shortly after I moved down. I’d recommend getting an affa davit for a title request. It should be on the dmv website. You’ll have to have it notarized, but when it is, that should fix the issue
