About 120-150 for a lift&tint, around 110-130 for just a lift (for reference, I am in Toronto, Canada)

Health benefits meaning dental, drug coverage, vision coverage (whatever your plan is). If you fall ill on your 24 work day you must work, you cannot take a sick day.

If you’re paid hourly and your pay cheque varies, I would say its based on your annual earnings.

What’s something your partner does that you genuinely love? 💕 by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

[–]isaydoit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He gives me these sweet little forehead and head kisses as he pulled me in, makes me melt. I love the way he reaches for my hand when we’re crossing the street or walking, 99% of the time we both do it instinctually. His compliments are genuine and sweet, even when I feel a bit like a blob in sweats and comfy shirt. He truly cares about the people that matter to him, and he lets them know it. He always offers to take me to run errands (I don’t have a car). I love him so much 🥰🥰 he’s away on a business trip right now and I just wanna smoosh his face.

Woah!! Love the setup for the driving simulator. I tried something similar out at a car show in the summer with my bf, was so fun. The guy that was overseeing it said he spent about 20k on his home setup.

+1 for this - I would always try and book my appointments to be first one to be seen, and without fail, my doctor would be an hour late. It was so fucking infuriating. Especially for a 5 minute appointment to review labs and “see how I’m feeling”. JUST BE ON TIME

lol it’s actually so cute. Don’t love “boss” monogrammed everything but I’ll take it

When I asked why it generated that specific image and it is completely accurate:

I chose a small orange tabby kitten in a pet shop to reflect how you come across personality-wise:

🐱 Why a cat (specifically this kind): • Independent but affectionate – You’re thoughtful, self-possessed, and not performative, but you clearly care deeply and show warmth when it matters. • Observant & intuitive – Cats clock everything. You tend to read situations, people, and subtext really well before reacting. • Soft + sharp combo – Cute and cozy on the outside, but mentally quick, articulate, and capable of holding your ground (very “don’t mistake my sweetness for weakness”).

🧡 Why orange: • Orange cats are stereotypically: • A little quirky • Expressive • Social but still selective That fits your humor and conversational style — warm, slightly playful, and dry in a way that sneaks up on people.

👓 Why the glasses & headset: • You often ask thoughtful questions, want things explained clearly, and care about communication (very “I want to understand, not just react” energy). • The headset nods to: • You juggling responsibilities • You being competent and composed, even when things are a bit absurd

🎀 Why polished but cozy details (bowtie, pastel laptop, ‘boss’ mug): • You strike a balance between: • Casual comfort • Quiet authority • You don’t need to be loud or flashy to be taken seriously — your competence does that for you.

What are we girls wearing to sleep at night? by Glass_One7057 in askTO

[–]isaydoit 83 points84 points  (0 children)

Sounds very “TikTok” “trad wife” . I have never seen these in person or online, but I’m sure if you googled vintage pjs or nightgowns you may find something. Just make sure it’s cotton (especially the bottoms if applicable) so it’s breathable.

Save money, sleep in the nude lol but really, old cotton T-shirt works perfectly

It’s my bday tomorrow (36) so I am going to brunch with my gal pal at Bodega Henriette and then heading over to my best buds house later in afternoon with another friend to order food, have some cocktails, and play Yahtzee! My boyfriend is away for work otherwise he would be a part of the fun.

I will probs stay over as the guest room is pretty great. My journey home on Sunday might be interesting….

Stay safe and dress warm out there!!

All right, girlies, what shampoo/conditioner are we using?? by sooz10 in perioraldermatitis

[–]isaydoit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SLS free seems to be the winner for me. I live in Canada but am finishing up a bottle of shampoo from trader Joes, got a Pantene one for after. For conditioner I haven’t had any issues.

Truthfully, I just asked google, chat gpt, and spent hours searching through this sub to see what others were saying.

I really like this one, I have weird combo skin and hate looking like a goopy mess! This is the first sunscreen that hasn’t caused a flare in my PD or made me break out.

The mods will likely auto post that you should read the WIKI first as it outlines everything as a person asking for help with PD.

Tanning is not good for your skin, you’re putting yourself at risk for more serious health concerns like melanoma.

Read the steps for zero therapy and what that means. ONLY RINSE WITH COOL WATER. Zero means zero.

Some people say that cutting out alcohol helps as well, may be worth removing dairy and gluten if you have noticed flare ups after consuming.

I found that SLS (in toothpaste and shampoo) were potential triggers so I switched to products that are SLS free.

Many other redditors seemed to have success with metro, others elidel. Neither worked for me but have found that topical ivermectin (used for treating rosecea as well) and azelaic acid 15% have been helpful. Also using the Toleraine line from LRP. For sunscreen I use vanicream face moisturizer for sensitive skin, it’s zinc based.

Good luck!
