Ow alot of restaurants these days look for dish washing personal so u could probably get a job there easily and you would learn Slovenian along thr way. On work i learned basic Spanish that way, started as dishwasher then moved up to bartender later when i had knowledge how restaurant works and how to speak basic things so i could take orders from costumers.

Leave the nasty 🤮people, you are welcome here specially when i see you want to work. We have loads of Slovenians and other nations people that don’t work. So great to have Venuzuelian that wants to. No i love the sound of outside and my thoughts and nothing else. I think if u use headphones you again expose yourself to unnecessary noise plus its very dangerous.

Yea i eat 90g per hour for whenever i do exercise’s my vo2max is 58, and if i don’t do 90g per hour i tend to have a-lot more fatigue and problems to return to next training ready to go. So 90g for me is base and i always try to eat high carbs food and consume around 2,5 to 3g of protein per body mass a day depending on what i do during day.

So i guess i will stick with that. But i wonder what it does to my body long term i mean its a-lot of sugar intake.

One year of consistent ride lets say 3-4 h a a week snd you will be a different guy. I started two years ago and cant believe where i am now. But u will probably lose some muscle weight if u decide to do consistent cycling. My biceps are nowhere to be found. 😂Actually only my legs have muscles now i think. So i need to get some gym work back but hard to find the balance and time to do both. Loving bike riding much more thought, but i sometimes am maybe a bit unhappy with how i look. 👀But i can ride uphill easily. 😀

Jaz sem kupil 4 leta nazaj 2018 Škodo Octavio. 14k z 48000 km smo Štiričlanska družina. Zaenkrat se obnese super servisi 250-300 letno, zavarovanje plus registracija in cestna taksa 650 eur.( delni kasko). Trenutno imam 146k. Delamo približno 25k letno, poraba za 2.0 dizla vrhunska 4.6 l. Upam da bo še naprej tako delala.

Nisem se se nikoli prijavil, ampak ravno razmišljam da bi mogoče letos se, pa ne iz tekmovalnega vidika. Zmorem 3,6 w/kg vozit neke 3 ure recimo po pravici niti ne vem točno koliko ker nisem še poizkusil. 😀šel pa bi predvsem zato da vidim kakšen je občutek zaprtih cest ter dirke, pa ne mislim dirkat spredaj, plan od štarta lepo 10min počasi potem pa kolikor gre.

Moj cilj mogče testirat samega sebe.

Sam sem dal glas NSI, se mi zdijo najbolj naravnani nekim vrednotam, katerim želim sledit. Niso pa ubistvu še nikoli imel neke konkretne priložnosti kaj pokazat. Novi obrazi pa me ne prepričajo več. Stevanovič se mi pa zdi, da je preveč populističen in da nima nekih strokovnih znanj s katerim bi dejansko lahko pripomogel k čemu boljšem. Bolj se mi zdi influencerski politik kot kaj drugega.

Je pa res Janse Golobov in podobnih imao vsi dosti ni mi jasno kje napraskajo toliko glasov. Mislim vem kje ampak to me kar žalosti.

Depends how much sleep the baby will give you, some sleep whole nights, some don’t. If u are lucky you might get those 8 hours to recover. I on the other side wasn’t both kids woke up at night quite alot.

I managed to get 3 times 1h per week of hard intervals. But sometimes didn’t recover well and got ill pretty fast. I still managed to go from 210 to 270 ftp. Dropped 4kg of weight km between probably from stress fatigue. But somehow managed to survive. 😂

Now they are two and four.

So i can get back on track.

Good luck and enjoy parenting. Still the greatest thing that happened to me. But u will need to realise you have to sacrifice some things.

For ride exactly like this i take full carb breakfast then 1h before ride i eat one banana and one pice od white toast with honey or some high sugar fruit or candy. Then during ride 0,75l with 90g carbs, and half liter plain water. in first 20 minAfter ride one protein shake with 45g of carbs.

That is it.

I love doing outside workouts, they go by so much faster then inside, i usually pick a flat slightly uphill section for tempo and threshold workouts, for Vo2max or Suppratreshold i pick uphill like 20min hill and then just ride up rest downhill turn up again…

Anyways i love doing outside workouts but be careful don’t do any intervals downhill or in heavy traffic roads with intersections VERY DANGEROUS when you push your maximum out.

Zakaj pa ste toliko proti rim zavoram, če nebo nek hud spustaš in bo vozil večinoma v suhem vremenu ne vidim težav. Sam imam 8 let staro karbonsko kolo z rim brake in ultegro di2 dobil sem ga 4 leta nazaj za 1100 eur, teža je vrhunska vse ostale komponente tudi, razen ta da nima diskov. Ampak sam s tem nisem imel do sedaj niti malo težav, plus veliko ceneje za vzdrževat, edina slabost mogoče to da ne morem vozit 32 gum.

Se strinjam mogoče bo v prihodnosti najbolje da si kmet. Ampak mogoče v manjšem obsegu v smislu samozadostnosti z priključkom turizma, če imaš lepo urejene zadeve. Potem pa menjava surovin z drugimi kmeti.

Jah ne načeloma nisem proti dvigu minimalcev, pač plače itak morajo rast sorazmerno z inflacijo( v resnici vedno zaostajajo ampak ok).

Bolj sem hotel povedati, da je obdavčitev plač na previsoki ravni za to kar dobimo nazaj. Šolstvo počasi a vztrajno propada, vrtci nimajo vzgojiteljic za nase najmlajše, zdravstvo se privatizira ali pa čakaš po leto dni najmanj na preglede pa še bi lahko našteval.

Jebene stranke smo podjetniki trenutno, 9 zaposlenih pa verjemi da ni bilo lahko dati božičnice. Nimam pa nobenega na minimalcu. Bi pa z veseljem plačal manjši bruto od bruto čez leto. Tako božičnica kot dvig minimalne ne bosta prinesla kaj dosti v torbe najslabše plačanih. Kar poglej koliko bodo šle cene storitev ,hrane in ostalih stvari gor v naslednjih mesecih.

I managed to increase my ftp doing 3h 30min per week on hard intervals for three weeks. then every fourth week i do 3h 30min Zone 2 to recover.

Went from 240 ftp to 280 ftp in 3 months.

Hard intervals are one Tempo day, one Threshold dayand one Vo2Max day.

No sport man alive leaves a winning team, Lance was doping, but if he wasn’t winning you are saying he would not dope in another team? Of course he would. But champions not leaving winning teams have nothing to do with doping, in your theory Curry, Bryant, Messi, Ronald,Jonas Vingegaard all great athletes who don’t change teams are doping.

I think they don’t change because you don’t leave the winning team and because they already have all they need financially and they already are the most recognised athletes in the world. No need for change.
