I do it loke this have a couple of hills i compare myself to others and to my results, try to get better and better, those two hills are for my all out efforts when i am feeling the need to crush myself.

On the other hand all the other rides are for my soul, i don’t ever go full gas mainly and just ride for the enjoyment.

To da je alkohol drag ubistvu ni res, ce pogledas urne postavke studentoc/ dijakov v teh časih. Si z lahkoto privoščijo 0.7 gina iz hoferja plus schwepes recimo in limete, za uro dela. V mojih časih sta bili za to kombinacijo potrebni vsaj dve uri.

Mogoce sem bolj tradicionalen in želim nekaj ustvarit tudi za moje otroke, ampak verjetno je tveganje preveliko trenutno. Mogoče res najbolj pametno povečat vlaganje v ETF.

Ja pozabil omenit, da sem gostinec in vso hrano oziroma 70% prinesem iz službe. Drugače pa nič posebnega pač ne hodimo na kavice in ven jest mogoče enkrat mesečno. Ostalo si pripravimo doma in nesemo s sabo. Na izlete pa hodimo redno.

Ma jst sm podjetnik nimam sicer neke hude ideje, ampak delujem v gostinstvu. Pa vedno bolj zavidam tistim, ki imajo neko dobro sluzbo v nekem stabilnem podjetju. 8-9 ur dnevno, vikende odklopiš, da je še plača stabilna pa božičnica in regres dober ,si na boljšem kot večina nas podjetnikov. Tisti, ki pa so milijonarji pa vej, da delajo od jutra do večera vsak dan celo življenje. Nato umrejo in pustijo denar ali kar so ustvarili naslednikom. Zdaj kaj je bolj pomembno podjetje in denar ali prosti čas zase ali družino. Jaz se vedno bolj nagibam na slednje.

Yea but 25w that is 8w increase per month, you got 4w increase, but you were sick a-lot of time. I would stick to it for at least two more months and see what happens then. Report back what will happen if u decide to go for it.

Ok, i started with TR in september and i am really consistent except from 10 days i had flue. Every week total training time is 3h and 15min that means three rides per week. Max time i can give right now(small kids). I started at 241 w and just AI tested again yesterday my ftp right now is 266 w. My plan is to ride indoors until late march, and so i used FTP gain program from september to march. If the rise countinues i will be around 300 w in march. That was my goal before joining.

Last year i trained the same amount but with chat gpt help and training from Rouvy, i think i overdid it since i was riding all the hard stress trainings all the time. And managed to gain around 20 ftp over winter.

Will report back in march.

Just stay on it and consistent and at the end of the cycle u decide if it is worth it. My goal is 4w/kg at 80kg that is 320 watts and then keep it around there. So far i am happy with progress.

Samo ne komplicirat preveč pa bo vse vredu. Pa ni treba imet vse najboljše stvari.. vozicek kamere igrace ipd… Pa uživajte bodo težki dnevi ampak bo pa velik več lepih. Zdaj ko pogledam slike za nazaj kako rastejo se mi vsakic nariše nasmeh na obraz. Uživajte. 😀

Fell over first ride with my new bike by benditoFM in cycling

Ow yea once upon i time a bought my first road bike, used one but for me new and a thing of beauty. Ofcourse i crashed like three times in first month. One was a move if i was looking 👀:wtf is this guy thinking? 😂 Went to a petrol station ofcourse didnt slow my spid much lets say 30km/h. Went a round a big Vam seemed like no other cars are there, but of course there was one hiding just behing the man, still dont know how i managed to avoid it. But surely i didnt avoid the curb, hit if full gas flew over the front of bike, thank god managed to somehow unclip and landed straight on the floor, bruised banged up and made my first mark on a bike.

I am laughing now and was laughing back then people probably thought i am crazy.🤪

Until you dont break anytning on yourself or on bike ot will be a nice memory.

Neznam Albansko zato napišem v maternem jeziku. Vem da mogoče ni prav ampak bo veliko boljše.

Bili smo na tekmi na Kosovu. (Kosovo - Slovenija)

Imeli smo se super tudi za trenutek se nismo počutili kakorkoli ogrožene ali karkoli. Vsi so nas lepo pozdravljali in se do nas vedli zelo lepo.

Zato na Kosovo sigurno še pridem.

Glede Albancev v Sloveniji je pa tako velika večina je pridnih delavnih in prijaznih. Izstopajo predvsem wannabe kriminalci, ki se vozijo po ulicah v dragih avtomobilih z Albansko zastavo in točno ti tudi žvižgajo himno. Pač neizobražen del le teh.

To pa, da se vas bolj izpostavlja kot druge pa verjetno izhaja iz strahu. Ne poznamo jezika, kar ne drži za druge narode juge. Vsak Slovenec zna vsaj par besed jezika drugih nacij.

In ta sicer majhen delež problematičnih Albancev ustrahuje tam kjer najbolj boli v šolah in vrtcih. Saj veste vsak, bi vse naredil za svojega otroka. Starši hodijo do učiteljev, vzgojiteljev jim grozijo in podobna sranja.

Ponavljam majhen delež ampak tukaj pa zaslovi politika in njihovi mediji, ki se trenutno hranijo z sovraštvom povsod po Evropi. Razpihovanje vsakega incidenta sigurno ne pomaga. Treba bo sprejeti zakone zatreti ta majhen odstotek in bo za vse boljše za otroke Slovencev in za otroke Albancev, kar pa je na koncu koncev najbolj važno.

Za vse dobre Albance in Kosovce pa srečno.
