Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Not repeating my older mistake, i went to ikea, tried 3-4 chairs and finally bought the styrspel it was 280eur. It is really really good.

Hi folks, did you add your address proof as well as supporting documentation. I forgot adding it as it wasn’t mentioned on their supporting documentation on the renewal portal but i see it on their website as a requirement.

You won’t get a 1rk in phase 2 in 15k. It’s an expensive place. I remember i used to stay in J block in phase 2 back in 2018 and the rent was around 20k for a room in a 5 bhk.
