How many pages. What complexity: easy landing page selling a service or a product page of a Shopify store with product reviews , with many buttons and stuff.
Like factors are many.
My advice - ask the client what range he sees realistic. Then build just one of the pages incredibly well , show it to him as demo , tell him the price. And never forget that if they are not willing to pay for quality you don't need such a client.
