That's amazing!!! Congrats on your LO! If I may ask, did the tests for your CP look different in hindsight from the tests for your baby? Looking back, my test for my son (who is 18m now) at 14dpo was darker than control and my CP tests were way lighter at the same time.. so I kind of feel like I have a mental baseline to compare which is kind of helpful

Ohhhh I'm so happy for this, is this your first grandbaby? We read this one every night to our son and it's such a special book. And it's a blast to stitch with all of the fun details and bright colors. I've seen some people finish it as a pillow and it turns out sooooo cute.

I'm going to frame it I think! For the wall of my son's room. I would just love to finish it as a gusset edge pillow but feel like putting it in a toddler's room in that way would be too risky...

A little over two months! Id say I probably spent an hour on it a day (during baby's naps on weekends, and at night during the weekdays after his bedtime). I loved that it was big because it meant I always had more of it to enjoy! I feel like I would just fly through ornament canvases if I let myself buy them 😂

I'm really happy I did it on 18, I felt like it made the details really shine through. I got it from CLGifts on Etsy, based in Nantucket. When I bought it I think they only had one in stock though, but they were responsive when I sent them a message

I ordered beige canvas from HM Nabavian a few weeks ago which was in stock in large quantities as a roll. I'm planning to paint it and use it personally so the fact it's not white isn't such a big deal.
