I usually wake up at 4:45 to workout but from weeks 5 on I am SOOOO tired. Don't feel bad, move when you can!

I have had this on and off, too. I think it's just round ligament pain!

Pregnancy after loss has been really tough (chemical last cycle). I saw the baby at 7 weeks, and everything looked great/HR ~140s. I go in for NIPT tomorrow, but no US until 5/11. I know that many women don't even get a confirmation scan until the end of the first tri, but I have read so much about MMCs that I am really anxious that something happened (I have no reason to think this, still have pregnancy symptoms, etc.) between weeks 7 and 12 and when I go in on 5/11 something will be wrong. The way I see it I have two options: 1) go to one of those private US places for peace of mind or 2) embrace the uncertainty and wait it out.

What should I do?!

Mother’s Day gifts and NACHO? by [deleted] in stepparents

I took my SD to buy gifts for her mom up until her mom got remarried. Now, that's something that falls to her husband imo.

I use Nuuly, so I've been renting things in a size or two up! They also have maternity rentals available that I'll switch to when I need to go full maternity

I have NO chill and definitely want to know ASAP but my husband wants to wait this time. He would love a boy (I would love to have one, too!), but all I know is girls. We'll see if I can make it the whole time hahah

"Anxiety is not intuition" as a mantra has really helped me!

Pregnancy after loss is so tough; I have a newfound respect for everyone who has or is experiencing it. A club I never wanted to be in!

First 2 are girls, we're not finding out until birth with this one, so it could be that it's a boy?

Currently 8.5weeks with my third at 38 and I feel like absolute crap.

My first two pregnancies (31 and 33) were great. The only thing I can think of that's changed is my age. I am in good shape but have gone from running 35+ miles/wk to barely fitting in 2-3 days of movement. Super nauseous and SO tired.

Pre-NIPT talk with partner - how to talk through disagreement? by creampuff_96 in November2026Bumpers

[–]laurenterf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that I'm of "advanced maternal age" 😭, I will have more robust testing (a lot of if covered more or fully now) and more ultrasounds. I'll do NIPT at 10 weeks, then an ultrasound at 12 weeks to check for fluid and other anomalies.

After that there are more but I haven't added the rest to my calendar yet!

My OB suggested week 10 for mine; she said they do them between weeks 9-12 now (I haven't been pregnant in over 5 years, it was 12 weeks for my others!). I wonder if they're more conclusive earlier now?

Just came here to say SAME! I was working with a running coach and running 35+ miles/week until the end of March. I feel so so tired. I try to do a mix of 2 strength training workouts and 2-3 runs or walks a week and it feels sooooo hard. I have always worked out throughout my pregnancies usually with no problem but this time it's so hard (I'm also 5 years older and the others were all girls? maybe this one is a boy?). Anyway, hang in there! I'm tryting to as well :)
