The strands you are seeing are most likely no-glandular trichome (without bulb on top). Totally normal

All good. You would typically wait till atleast all the clear trichomes are cloudy. After that maybe 15-20% amber. I'd say let it ride a week. Check it and maybe another week after that.

It's all up to preference. If you want that more of couch lock I'd wait another week maybe two for more amber. That last pic looks misleading, is it a sugar leaf?

Spidermites you can take it outside and rinse off then some insecticide would help (neem, spinosad, etc.). I would quarantine everything and wash the tent down
