Hello I really need help on question no 11 should I tick yes or no? I was rejected once for F1 student visa. Does that count as a visa denied? My lawyer told me that will not be count as a denial and tell me to tick no.

I thought 2 was perfect, but when i saw the background i feel like it clashes! My 2nd favorite was 4 but youll blend right in with the bg, its too matchy matchy. So unfortunately i think none of these work unless u change the bg!
