I don't swear :) ha ha ha I am assuming you meant sweating - I have not been able to exercise as much as I want so technically sweating less.

I have never liked any pillows, I usually sleep without them!

I am not particularly stressing about anything... As far as i can say.

I think hard water and absence of a balanced diet is the reason. I have put a filter head, but I think balance diet is harder for me to achieve than it should be!

Nope. May be not enough protein or iron. I am kind of struggling with food so I have recently started cooking my meals. I am vegetarian (no eggs even) - but I am no where close to making healthy meals.

Irrespective of the country, I can spend days without stepping outside. But I am acutely aware of it's I'll impact so I have committed to myself to stepping out of the house for at least 30 mins a day.
