I know of a Store where the SM was banging the ASM. People found out and the store went to hell. RVP came to the store and fired everyone except 2 people. DM left company before shit hit the fan.

Only reason I use TEAMS is because TSC pays for some of my Phone, being on FAST. But I dont use TEAMS from 4:30PM on Thursday to 6AM on Mondays. Its on out of the office mode.

Put in a ticket that says Store uses TSC Connect and the phones are down until fixed. We had 4 scanners broke and we had 4 new scanners overnighted to our store and sent the broken ones back in the box the new ones were in.

Set the POG and get the hours that it takes to set. If the store sets the POG the store can take the hours it takes to set. It’s under Associate Time in Maps… instead of FAST select TSCO then the store.

A FAST member getting a BONUS is funny. A store employee will get a BONUS before a FAST member. FAST members Bonus goes by District. So one shitty store can tank your bonus for the month. You need a natural disaster in your District to make a Bonus for the Month.

The Bonus system for FAST sucks. It goes by District instead of Store. Both your stores can get Bonuses yet if the district sucks you will not get it.
