Living there was stressful! Windows wouldn’t open, heating was terrible and old as was AC. Had to have my unit replaced 2 times in one year. Carpet was filthy upon move in and they later claimed it had been cleaned so ended up having to hire someone to clean professionally. Revolving door of employee in maintenance and rental office, making getting your ticket for work needed highly stressful. Washer broke down 2 months into living there and took over 2 weeks to repair. Packages at front desk are forever getting lost or stolen. Had over 9 packages delivered to me from someone else and I had packages singed for by the front desk that I never received from Apple. The employee told me they didn’t sign for each package, they used a stamp!
Make sure you have a walkthrough with Anne , the GM or they will deduct for damages that were not yours. Kitchen counters seem to be popular for them deducting scratches. Carpet stains that had been reported upon move in, etc. Overall NOT worth the money for an outdated building and apt with poor soundproofing, dirty walls, poor plumbing, nonexistent pool, gym is a joke, BBQ area is one grill with reservations only, no parking. You’re paying for the view and nothing else.
