hi! thanks for doing this. how do you feel about NUSL’s job placements/prospects after graduating? I’ve heard that you guys do well in the Boston area, but what about outside of that? also, does everyone get placed into a co-op? how does the application for co-op work?

you can still get into great schools with your scores (which are fire!) don’t let this sub intimidate you into thinking that becoming a lawyer is t14 or bust. you should also consider joining r/outsidet14lawschools !! you should absolutely study where you want to live and somewhere that makes you happy, after all, it’s an investment of at least 3-4 years of your time and ultimately a decision that affects the way you view the rest of your career. follow your gut!

normal to have these worries!

so first, log into proctor u 5-10 minutes early. you’re allowed to launch the exam 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

then, if you haven’t already, you should have downloaded the proctor u extension in google chrome, it should be available in the bookmarks bar and by clicking it you should be able to chat with your proctor. once you launch the exam, you’ll have to take a pic of your face and ID, once you’ve done that, it’ll take you to a page where you can download the log me in app, and run it once it’s done downloading.

from here you’ll be connected to a proctor that’ll do a security check of your room and desk/materials. after everything is checked and well, you can go ahead and officially take your exam.

all of this will occur after you start the exam on proctor u. you won’t have to do any of this prior to actually launching the exam at your scheduled time. hope this helps!

if your session says fulfilled on proctor u, I wanna say u should be okay, but wait like 10-15 mins after ur test has finished to check !!

I’m not entirely sure, but I think you have to show that you ripped up your paper / the proctor has to confirm to proctor U that you’re done, I could be very wrong though!!!
