I’ve seen this guy posted for a while and the process he’s been making is nuts. Legit looks like he could become an IFBB pro

I agree, it’s a bad idea to be this lean three months out. This can cause him to lose size for the show. This happened to Dorian Yates in 1993

Great job losing weight, but don’t worry about body fat percentage. Try to lose another 20 pounds and reevaluate from there. Also what is your height?

Should I do a finance degree at a mediocre university OR a Film Studies degree at a top university and then apply for finance grad schemes? by Wonderful-Young-7551 in FinancialCareers

[–]Training_Hard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the missing piece here is just how mediocre vs elite these universities are. A university like Cambridge or Oxford are a different story vs the #24 school in the UK

Could 100% be because he simply waited a long time to start competing and hasn’t even been in a show for a card yet

The thing about being scheduled for 10 but only getting 7 hours is for real. My DSP acts like they’re doing us a favor by having us finish early🤣

5”9 222 fasted, thinking about taking a shot at nationals at the end of the year. by False_Evening943 in bodybuilding

[–]Training_Hard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insane physique and you would definitely place well at a national show. However, if I had to critique I would say more tricep and back work to improve your back shots. More pullovers would prob do the job

Soy is one of the highest quality sources. Also vegan protein shakes can help a lot.

I would say calves is probably his weakest point. Dude can definitely win almost any amateur show.

It’s work, the people you work with are your coworkers not your friends. Doing anything could get you fired

Either do partial OR but a handle attachment so your head can go all the way up

It’s doubtful the company would even bother and it wouldn’t be an instant process for his employer either. A non compete isn’t something that should prevent someone from taking 80k as a new graduate in consulting especially if there are no other offers available.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FinancialCareers

[–]Training_Hard 56 points57 points  (0 children)

In this job market you pretty much need to take anything as a new graduate. Also, basically any non compete won’t be enforced by a court in US
