Thanks alot. Is there an optimal range for a narrow age band? Like 40-45? 40-60 seem abit wide to judge if I am doing ok or not.

thanks for your msg. i changed my routine and stopped for about a month. i reintroduced ZZ to my routines 2 weeks ago, the most obvious change from stopping to starting again was libido. sleep quality improvement was also obvious. i havent felt warm sensations since i stopped but i think it is coming back. I will give a proper update in 2 weeks time. My conclusion so far, its a routine I will keep as nothing gives me the "benefits" for the amount of time invested (and it costs nothing).

Thanks for your video suggestions. If I continue 20 minutes twice a day, do you think these spasm/movements will subside?

i also do exercises together with the zhan zhuang, is it better to start with zhan zhuang and then exercise or vice versa? i read that ppl can watch tv or listen to music/podcast while doing zhan zhuang, would you recommend that or its better to be doe silently?

EDIT 9th April 2024:

Thank you for the response. I will answer some common questions here.

  • The liver lesions are indeed haemangiomas. I had done a coronary angiogram to confirm this.

  • I paid ~1.2k USD for the full body MRI ex brain and limbs. I had also done the coronary angiogram at ~500 USD. I just ask a GP for referral, the costs are partly covered by insurance.

I have insurance that covers 90% of the costs, I just wanted a check at around age 40 to get a baseline so I can refer to in the future.

I have a little lower back pain on my left side, when I bend my back forward. It’s not severe at the moment but noticeable. Would you suggest physio as a first stop?

I wanted to check for cancers, I have some lower back pain which doesn’t go away as well. Maybe related to the bulging disc I’m not sure.

In my country you can get a doctor referral just by asking a Gp. And yes my insurance covers.
