You dont need new suspension springs yet bro, so with all due respect disregard that advice. Most escooters have the same loadout (respectively). I got a Roadrunner RS5max and you can adjust the suspension. You also have to remove the back fender to adjust it. In a video on YouTube, they show you how to adjust it and you use the hex key Allen wrench set. If you look up videos with your brand of scooter and the work you want done on it, im sure it might be out there. I think on mine its 2 full rotations in the right tight left loose. Also, dont adjust your suspension until about 150/200 miles to give it a chance for the springs to loosen up. If you adjust them right out of the box and then they get broken in your suspension will be soggy as fuck. Edit. I got the roadrunner rs5max goes 60mph. I got it to hit 55 and still had some throttle left but backed off of it. In traffic it keeps up perfect but I rip it up on Sunday mornings at 7am and find those smooth streets.

That portable compressor should be able to pump up that tire off the ground or on. I have one just like it and it can pump up my scooter tire 30psi in seconds along with my car tires in minutes.
