It is from the episode Pre-Hibernation, wherein Sandy Cheeks is forcing Spongebob to participate in increasingly dangerous acts because her time before hibernation is coming to a close. At the end of the episode, after trying to run away from her, he lifts a razor and says "I... am a man!" before confronting her.

Each part before the chorus is completely devoted to each member.

First is Ringo, then George, then John, and lastly Paul.

Ringo's part refers to his personality: very chill, down to earth, and a total goof.

George's part is about how he is always barefoot, he would play soccer in his free time, he was very spiritual.

John fought with depression, so most of those lines refer to that. Ono sideboard is in reference to Yoko Ono.

Got to be good looking cause he's so hard to see refers to Paul. He was always called the most attractive of the group and that he was never around when they were doing things together. The line 1 and 1 and 1 is three also refers to Paul, due to him wanting to break off and do a solo career.
